Welcome—this page is a quick look at some of my current favorite artists. I love Sturgill Simpson and how he blends classic country with cosmic rock and blues to create something fresh. I always love his different takes on his own songs; for example, the bluegrass version of All Around Me vs the origianl bluesy take. The Eagles deliver timeless harmonies and that relaxed, California-road energy that never gets old. When I need a refreshing taste of home in LA, I always throw on Eagles radio. Kendrick Lamar pushes boundaries with dense storytelling, edgy social commentary, and unmatched flow. I love jumping around Kendrick's discography and hearing music that evokes all emotions. His versatility is unmatched. Together they soundtrack everything from road-trip singalongs to reflective late-night listening.
